Here at Bat City Bites we have experience living with with celiac disease, lactose intolerance, nut allergies and have personally felt the huge difference eating right can make.

We also share a combined 30+ years of cooking experience. Whether its cooking every meal from scratch to avoid allergens or working in healthy kitchens and coffee shops, we've done it.

We build community through transparency and being informative about our sourcing. We use the EWG's Dirty Dozen to guide our decisions when it comes to indigents, allowing us to balance cost and affordability, which is key for reaching the biggest audience.
